This place also goes by Sems/Simmies after the cool owner! Everyone in Columbia knows this is the spot for mambo wings, fries, and BULGOLGI CHEESESTEAK SUBS! Juicy good quality meat. Open very late, they are quick and super friendly. Husband has never once been disappointed in 20 yrs. Take-out only, no seating. Can get busy late night.

I love Simmies. The wings are breaded wings, not traditional buffalo style. The mambo sauce is to die for. I get it on the side so the wings don’t get soggy. My second favorite item is the Bulgogi burger. It’s like a Bulgogi cheesesteak. I read the reviews about the fries, I’ve never had anything, but very crispy fries cooked to perfection. They’re not fresh cut, they’re frozen, but they’re tasty. Finally, the service is outstanding. The owner , Simmie, is extremely nice. I’ve been around for over 20 years. It’s not a sit down and eat place. It’s a take away only.

The cheesesteak is a great late night meal. Its always consistent, they dont miss. I have has meatier, full subs elsewhere but the flavor are Simmies is way better. Also, their mambo sauce is the best I've found yet

Best late night spot in columbia, been goin here for years and was never disappointed. Try the Bulgogi Sub with fries. Also great wings.

I love this place. I have been going here since the early 2000s. Their mambo sauce is incredible. Its just a shame I moved 2 hours away and can no longer get the mambo sauce. I tried store bought and its crap compared to their mambo. I gotta figure out the recipie so I can make it at home and not drive 2 hours just for a mambo cheesesteak

Originality I was ordering food for a sick friend and her kids from a place that she recommended, It was a relatively small order (1 adult, 2 kids). The price they quoted was ridiculous, so I called Arirang Hill Carry Out, and their price was great, the portions were large, and the food was ready fast. IF I had gotten food from the original place, the order would have been a total of 10 wings, 2 fries, and rice for almost $35. At Arirang, I got MORE THA. DOUBLE the amount wings, 2 fries, and rice for UNDER $30. The staff is very respectful.

Great food at an amazing price. Simmie is the best. Recommend the Esson Special, 5 wings, a burger sub,and fries. Won't get that much value anywhere else!

I have been coming to this local Columbia carry out for 45 years now. My favorites are the wings and a cheese steak sandwich. Make sure that you try them out. It is a nice husband and wife that owns the carry out.
